José Aguiñaga, Ed.D., a first-generation LatinX college graduate, has been an academic librarian for over 28 years. As of July 2022, he is beginning a new career opportunity as an Assistant Professor with the School of Information at San José State University. José's research focus will be the intersection of reference services, organizational culture, and EDI.
